Eligibility

Documents Required
- Udyam (MSME) Registration Certificate — mandatory.
- Audited financial statements for last 3 years.
- List of plant and machinery with purchase invoices and valuation report.
- Performance / supply certificates from past buyers (government and private).
- PAN Card and GST Registration Certificate.
- Bank statements for last 12 months.
- Quality certification (BIS, ISO, etc.) if applicable.
Registration Process
- Apply on the NSIC SPRS portal with all required documents.
- Submit audited financials and plant and machinery details.
- NSIC inspects the premises and verifies the production/service capacity.
- Monetary limit (value up to which EMD exemption applies) is determined based on financials.
- NSIC Registration Certificate issued with the approved monetary limit and product categories.
- Certificate is typically valid for 2 years and must be renewed with updated financials.
