An RCMC (Registration Cum Membership Certificate) is a certificate issued by Export Promotion Councils (EPCs), Commodity Boards, or Development Authorities to exporters in India. It is a mandatory requirement for exporters to avail benefits under the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), including duty drawback, export incentives, and advance authorization.

- Bank certificate confirming current account in the firm's name.
- Details of export products — HS code, description, and value.
Registration Process

- Apply on the EPC's online portal for RCMC membership.
- Upload all required documents and pay membership fees.
- EPC reviews and approves the application.
